The site design just feels really messy to me, like everything is crammed together and it ends up looking kind of cheap. I also reached out to support hoping for some guidance, but the replies felt copy-pasted and didn’t really address what I was asking, which made the whole experience more frustrating

I ended up ordering the wrong cable size and had to send it back. i was expecting the whole refund thing to be a pain, but it wasn’t at all. I don’t remember every little step now, just that I emailed them, they told me exactly what to do, and the refund showed up quickly after I sent it back. No annoying back and forth, which I really appreciated. Definitely makes me feel better about ordering from them again
